Fujifilm WP-FXF30 and WP-FXA500 housings (30-05-2006)

Two new Fujifilm underwater housings have been released:

The WP-FXF30 is designed to take the FinePix F30 6.3 megapixel digital camera under water to depths of up to 40 meters. It is manufactured of transparent polycarbonate and has a tempered glass lens window. The WP-FXF30 costs approximately $200 USD/200 euro and is already available world wide.

This June, Fujifilm will release the WP-FXA500 Aquamask for the FinePix A400 and A500. This polycarbonate housing measures only 128x78x63mm and weighs 145 grams, and it can safely take the camera to 3 meters depth.

The housing is expected to cost around $75 USD or 70 euro.
