Sea&Sea YS-17 digital underwater TTL slave strobe (08-03-2008)

Sea&Sea have announced a new addition to their underwater strobe series: the YS-17.

The YS-17 has a guide number of 14 meters (ISO 100, land) and a beam angle of 70° x 53°. It is powered by two AA batteries, and has a recycle time of 3 seconds.

It produces a color temperature of 5600K, or 5100K when used with a diffuser. The YS-17 is depth rated to 60m / 200ft, where it slightly positively buoyant.

The YS-17 is Slave TTL controlled, and has a 2-step light level control dial to select between GN 14 or 7.
